Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with baking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the vegetable oil, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Blend in the flour, baking soda and salt, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
  7. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing.
