This is a quick and yummy recipe for when its chilly outside.  Great for Sunday lunch!

White Chicken Chili
2 cans shredded chicken (or 1 store bought rotisserie chicken, shredded)
3 cans chicken broth
2 cans Northern beans, undrained
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1 can diced chilies
1 can mushrooms, drained
Garlic powder, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

In large pot, combine all ingredients except 1/2 can Northern beans.  Using a fork, mash the 1/2 can of beans up to make a paste.  Spoon into pot and mix all ingredients well.  Simmer on low for 15- 20 minutes.  Serve with rolls,crusty bread, or garlic bread.
