I am a guacamole freak. I love it. Here is a quick, easy recipe that I make when I get the craving.
- 2 large avocados
- 2 Tbs medium salsa
- 1 Tbs sour cream
- 1 Tbs jalapeno juice (from jalapeno jar)
- 1 Tbs jalapenos, diced
- garlic salt OR table salt, to taste
Remove the pit and scoop out the avocados into a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
Yummy. Wonder if avocados are on sale this week…
