Black Bean Salsa

January 15, 2013

This is a quick and easy recipe for black bean salsa.  Super delicious with homemade pita chips.  It is also good as a topping for chicken or fish.  Just be patient and give it time to “cook” in the fridge, or it won’t be as yummy!

I will have to try this… I make the same without the pineapple. LOVE pineapple so this should make it extra special. Thanks for widening my salsa choices.

I Love this recipe!!! (and one of my 2013 resolutions is to learn to like black beans). I think I will try this and the pineapple sounds wonderful. Plus, once I have fresh tomatoes (and maybe some parsley) in the garden this summer, I will make!! I will certain file this recipe in my favorites.
