Red Gold Fourth of July | Italian Turkey Burgers
Tomorrow is 4th of July! Are you looking for something different, healthy, and delicious to serve for your backyard barbecue? Well, look no further! This week, you are being treated to a bonus recipe featuring Red Gold tomato products! A delicious Italian Turkey Burger! Plus, Red Gold® is having their Summer Grillin’ Party II going on right now where they are giving 1,000 Red Gold aprons away each week and one lucky winner will receive a large Big Green Egg® grill!
Disclosure: I received Red Gold® products as part of an advertorial.
One of the cool things about Red Gold® products is they are locally grown! All their tomatoes are grown in Ohio, Indiana, and that state up north that remains unnamed! The company began in 1942 and 70+ years later they are still in business and run by fourth generation family members. They know tomatoes. I have been to the Red Gold® corporate headquarters, as well as by their processing plant (which, smells delicious!) This company knows their tomatoes. They have to with an employee-created mission statement that states:
To produce the freshest, best tasting tomato products in the world
That truly is a great goal to have. Especially when families, including mine, are trying to eat healthier, and eating foods closer to home. Plus, there aren’t any unpronounceable ingredients in these products – which is a bonus in my book!
This recipe for Italian Turkey Burgers is so moist and delicious, you won’t believe how good they are! A definitely must-have for the 4th of July or any summer barbecue!

this looks yummie
These sound really good. And it is pretty simple to add a can of tomatoes to the mix.
