Whew!  Are you keeping up with things this week?  A lot of new things have been happening here on the blog.  But, since its Friday – its the next installment of the Meal Planning Binder Series… your monthly meal plan.  Before we get started though, if you haven’t already – start at the first post of the series so you can get on board with us!  Click for the weekly meal plan and directions for your binder, then grab your grocery list printable!  As always, all these printables are free!

If you haven’t already, make sure you check out a few my my new projects – Tickle My Tastebuds, PinFest and Facebook Fridays!

To start with, make sure you make yourself a new tab in your binder for the monthly meal plan.  And, grab a calendar or your cell phone so you can fill in your dates!

There are a couple of ways you can use this calendar.  You can fill in all your meals for the month, use it to plan when you will be dining out or for special occasions, or use it to schedule meals around trips to the farmer’s market or sales.  It’s very versatile and completely up to you!

Personally, I use it as a way to keep track of what we have had during the month, as well as a way to keep recipes and dishes on a rotation – especially if Don and the kids give something a thumbs up.
