My Humor and a Cemetery
So, most of you know that I have a very snarky sense of humor. And, after you bury your brother at 17 and your dad at a young age, with a snarky sense of humor, results in a lot of death and cemetery jokes. My humor and a cemetery is a great combination. Need an example?
Branch Manager: What does your dad do for a living?
Me: Not much.
Branch Manager: Oh, he’s retired.
Me: No. He just lies around and does nothing.
Branch Manager: He is unemployed.
Me: Nope. He’s dead.
Get the picture– sometimes you have to laugh so you don’t cry.
Anyways, we are on the way to BloggyCon ’13 and we are headed down Route 4 and on the map is Lust Cememtery. LUST CEMETERY! I completely lost it. I had to stop and take pictures.
It was actually a pretty cool cemetery, most of the tombstones were from the 1800’s. I think the oldest we saw was 1822. 1822! But, as we were leaving, I discovered the reason for the name of the cemetery.
Folks, that is my humor and a cemetery.

Hey there! You definitely have some snark girl but I like it! I also love your blog redesign. It looks great!!
I have adopted your word “snarky” it makes me laugh. As much as your article. Death and cemetarys such a combination that gets added to our lives…….and it is best to have a sense of humor about it cause only one has control over it….and it is not us!
