Free Recipe Cards Printable

February 15, 2017

Today I am sharing my new Free Recipe Cards Printable with an Arrow design.  This weekend I was going through my recipe box and discarding recipes that we didn’t like or would never make.  I realized I needed recipe cards but none of the designs I had on hand fit my mood.  So, I decided to make some plain-Jane recipe cards that could be used for anything food related.

I have said it before, and I will say it again… WRITE YOUR RECIPES DOWN.  I cannot tell you how many times I have thought, “Oh, I wish I had that recipe from so-and-so,” but they have long since passed away and no one knows the exact ingredients and amounts.  Get yourself a recipe box – if you don’t already have one – and get to writing down the recipes in your head.  Generations from now might be thankful that you jotted down Great Grandma Jones’ apple pie recipe.

These simple recipe cards are 4 x 6 and can be printed on your printer at home.  Or, feel free to have several printed at an office supply store.  However, these are for personal or classroom use only!

To print, click the recipe card or link below.  I recommend printing these on card stock for the best durability.  You can usually buy 8.5 x 11″ white card stock cheap at Joann’s, Hobby Lobby, or other stores.  (See your printer manual on the best way to feed the card stock through your particular printer.)  For best results, I recommend that you download the .PDF to your computer and do not print directly from Google Docs.  Also, make sure you use the printer option to print to actual size.  Print them. Then, cut them out using the outside of the black line as a guide!  Simple as that!  Please feel free to make as many as you need.
