Five Question Friday – April 12th

Today is Friday, thank goodness!  I spent a wonderful evening making cards and eating dinner with my friend Dee.  The cards we made at card class were absolutely beautiful.  I can’t wait to show you the one technique on here to make 3D flowers.  Super easy and they look like they took hours to make.  Tonight, is scrapbooking with Nana and the gang.  Not sure what is on tap for tomorrow, it was supposed to be “build the swing set day” with Grandpa G and Uncle B, but the weather kibashed that idea.  Who knows what we will get into now…

It’s time for Five Question Friday.

Questions for Friday, April 12th: (Special thanks to Pam (@trooppetrie) from Troop Petrie, Tricia (@mamamarchand) fromMama Marchand’s Nest, Melissa (@Melissa_M80) and little ol’ Mama M for these 5QF question suggestions! 1. Where do you hide things from your kids at?

Well, I actually can’t divulge this secret.  We use it to hide things from Nana too.  Let’s just say, its someplace no one would expect and more than likely right under their noses.

2. What is your favorite rainy day activity for bored toddlers?

Hmmmm.  We usually end up building a fort or tent and playing inside or watching movies on the portable DVD player.

3. Are you a punctual person or are you always running a few minutes (or more!) late??

If its work, I am always late.  Okay… I am always late for everything.  I’ll probably miss the first half of my own funeral.  I never used to be like that until I had kids.  Go figure.

4. When eating out, do you prefer off the beaten path “Mom and Pop” cafes or tried and true national food chains?

I am definitely a diner and “Mom and Pop” type eater.  The Hubs, not so much.  I also love bar food.  (Why is it bars have the best cheeseburgers and pizza?!).  My favorite diner ever was Goldie’s Route 66 Diner in Williams, Arizona where I had my first SOB sandwich.

5. Does your significant other snore? Do YOU snore?

Neither of us snore on a normal basis, but we both do when we are sick and stuffed up.
