Easy Fridge Magnets
I always feel bad when I post scrapbooking layouts or card tutorials and someone responds, “Oh, those look nice but I can’t do that.” So, when Oriental Trading contacted me about doing a review for them, I jumped on the chance to choose a project that didn’t require any special skills or a large expense. Even the kids could help– a perfect rainy day or too-hot-to-go-outside day project. These easy fridge magnets are super simple and awesome looking when done– make them for yourself or to give as gifts. You could even use pictures instead of the stickers if you wanted to get super-fancy. Have fun!
First though, I need to tell you about my experience with Oriental Trading. If you have never checked out their website– do so. They carry everything from party supplies, to craft supplies, and everything in between. I have purchased scrapbook and beading supplies there– excellent quality and customer service. I have also used them the last two years for Vacation Bible School supplies. Their prices are very reasonable and they provide fast shipping.
Easy Fridge Magnets
Supplies
Bottle Caps
Bottle Cap Stickers
Self-Adhesive Magnets
Mod Podge – Gloss
*You can get all the supplies at Oriental Trading!*
Instructions
Step 1: Place chosen stickers in center of bottle caps and press firmly.
Step 2: Fill bottle caps with Mod Podge about 1/4 of the way full.
Take the bottle caps and lightly tap the bottoms on the table to ensure there are no air bubbles.
Allow to dry.
Note: The ones I made took about a week to dry completely. It depends on how thick you make the Mod Podge.
Step 3: Attach the self-adhesive magnets on the back.
All done! Ready for your fridge or to give as gifts!
(Yes, I know that brown one is upside down– it was early in the morning.)
Like I said before, these are so easy even your kids could make them! Mo helped me make these! And, make sure you check out Oriental Trading for all your craft and party supplies!
In exchange for this post and review, I received a $25 gift card to purchase the supplies to make the project. All opinions and statements are my own and were not influenced in any way by the compensation received. Please see my disclosure for more information.

What a great project! My daughter (10) loves fridge magnets and placing her drawings on the fridge doors so we are always in need of more! *lol*
