I have been craving a creamy buffalo chicken sandwich.  These are made with buffalo sauce, chicken and bleu cheese crumbles.  That’s right… I added bleu cheese crumbles into the chicken and buffalo to make these creamy, deliciously yummy sandwiches.  Just the right mix of spicy and creamy, these sandwiches will leave them begging for more!

  1. Oh man my mouth was watering just reading your description in the blurb, but looking at the photos and then reading the recipe… adding a few items to my shopping list so we can make it today…! LOVE blue cheese with buffalo chicken – one of our favourite staples for parties, so to find a way to have it as an ‘everyday’ food is perfect! Thanks for sharing!
