Amazingly Beautiful Moisturizing Body Serum
A few weeks ago, I was given the opportunity to try out and review the Amazingly Beautiful AM and PM Revitalizer package from Trusted Health Products, which I loved. (You can check out that review here.) When Trusted Health Products asked me to try their Moisturizing Body Serum, also in the Amazingly Beautiful line, I jumped at the chance. As someone with very sensitive skin, I am always looking for a gentle, natural lotion to combat skin dryness. The body serum contains natural ingredients: orange peel oil, sweet almond kernel oil, lime peel oil, lemon peel oil, olive fruit oil, and avocado fruit oil… no harsh or unnatural chemicals.
According to their website, the Amazingly Beautiful Moisturizing Body Serum moisturizes deep down, reduces the appearance of age spots, smooths rough areas, makes your skin feel like silk, and more. I actually was more excited to try this on Bo than I was on myself. He has eczema and has very sensitive skin. I always feel bad putting chemical-based medicines and lotions on him trying to help his skin. I was hoping using something more natural would help.
As with the A.M. and P.M. Revitalizer, it is odd to be putting oil on your skin as a moisturizer. However, once you get used to the exact amount to use each time, you don’t feel oily or greasy. We did apply it right after a shower, after drying off… that seemed to help with the oil being absorbed. While using the body serum did not completely heal Bo’s eczema, it did help immensely and allowed us to not put chemical-based cream on daily…. only when he had a flare up. I loved how soft it made my skin feel on my arms, legs and torso. However, it did not combat the severe dryness on my heels or elbows. But, most lotion has the same results – so this isn’t surprising. I absolutely love the scent… it smells clean and fresh with hints of a citrus tone.

They provide detailed instructions on the use and what to expect, as well as a personalized note reminding you that you are amazingly beautiful with the bottles of oil. The packaging is fun, almost like a gift for myself! Just opening the package made me smile.
When I tried the Amazingly Beautiful system previously, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did I like the A.M. and P.M. Revitalizers, I also like the moisturizing body serum instead of a body moisturizer. I also appreciate how it helped me use less chemical-based creams on Bo, which I am sure most moms would understand. I would guess that continued use of the serum would reduce the use of those creams even more, which is an added bonus.
