White Chicken Chili

Today’s recipe for white chicken chili is so easy and perfect for a chilly night or when you don’t have time to throw together a full meal.  This is one of those “creations” have come up with, so I hope you enjoy it!  I love when recipes are quick and easy – almost faster than going through the drive thru for fast food.  Plus, white chicken chili is a perfect “belly warmer” when it is cold outside.  With very few ingredients – most you might already have on your pantry shelves – you can have this delicious chili on the table in a matter of minutes.
