Well, here it is… the much dreaded weight loss check in. I’ve lost 5 pounds from my starting weight and 16 pounds from my all-time high.
Two weeks ago, after a couple of months eating whatever I wanted, I jumped on the scale and about had a heart attack. I had gained 16 pounds. SIXTEEN POUNDS. I hit panic mode and sat down to make a list– what I do best.
Thankfully, I think most of it was water weight… as soon as I started eating healthy again it just slid right off. Whew.
So… this is where I am. Eating healthy. No aerobic exercise because I am still nursing my blown knee. Counting calories and only drinking ONE diet pop a day.
