Layered Salad

This layered salad has to be one of my favorite picnic foods.  Usually I make a ton of it so there are leftovers… so much I get sick of eating it!  Its so simple to throw together and serve at your next picnic or potluck.  Enjoy!

  1. I made a similar salad for a 4th of July party we attended and it was a huge hit! Fun fact: I used Bacos instead of bacon because they are kosher and, well, bacon is obviously not. My son-in-law who keeps kosher was able to enjoy the salad!
