Julia’s Egg Salad Recipe

There is nothing like a delicious egg salad recipe.  This recipe is one that I have tweaked over the last few years, until it reached perfection.  Okay, maybe not perfection, but the Hubs likes it… so it’s close enough for me.   It is so easy to make and great to have on the weekend for lunch and chances are you already have the ingredients on hand.  Enjoy!

  1. This is my first time to your site, and, as a Type 1 Diabetic, I LOVE that you have nutrition information here. So awesome!

I’m a big fan of egg salad, and I think you’ve inspired me to make sandwiches for lunch. :0)

  2. Oh, red onion?! That's a secret ingredient I'm going to have to try! 🙂 My egg salad is always so bland! A bit of mayo and salt and pepper is usually it! 🙁 This is inspiring! Thank you so much for linking up with me this week at Tasty Tuesdays! I’ve pinned this & shared it with my followers!

  3. My husband absolutely loves Egg Salad Sandwiches – but I have no recipe I stick to. Definitely going to give this one a try. 🙂 Pinning right now. Thank you for sharing at Tasty Tuesdays – hope to see you again this week!
