Crispy Oven Chicken

You know when you are eating healthy, sometimes you just get a hankering for something “bad” like fried chicken.  I love fried chicken, but I can’t make it to save my life.  So, in my search for healthy and easy fried chicken, I have tried using crackers, breadcrumbs, and cereal – but nothing was as crispy as good old chicken fried in oil.  Until now…

  1. I love crispy fried chicken and the bad part is I CAN cook fried chicken. We don’t eat it a lot but THIS we can eat anytime I want it! I would have never thought to use stuffing mix! I use breadcrumbs and it just doesn’t compare to the real thing. I will definitely be pinning and trying this:)

Hopped over from Tickle My Tastebuds and so glad I did:)
